GP 2

The GP 2 monobloc is a machine of high mechanical quality, extremely flexible and adaptable to the needs of the end user.

Equipped with a 16-station star moved by a Maltese Cross, the monoblock can be used for filling solid and / or capping bottles. The monoblock is equipped with a touch screen connected to a management and control PLC, in which all the possible operating processes are preset; in order to operate it is therefore necessary to introduce only the values ​​related to the desired process.

The devices necessary for the machine’s operation are supplied as accessories; in this way the end user can vary the use of the machine simply by replacing the accessories. The following stations can be supplied with the monoblock:

1. filling station for bottles, from 0.5 to 1000 cc
2. insertion station under-caps;
3. plug insertion station;
4. capping station
