APD is a compact automatic line for dosing powders in bottles, with cochlea dosing and an approximately 10-liter hopper, built on a mobile stainless steel frame on wheels.
The parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel polished internally and externally, easy to inspect and removable.
The cochlea screw is sized according to dosing requirements, driven by a brushless motor, ensures dosing accuracy with a tolerance ± 5%.
Suitable for automatic filling of containers with a wide range of powdered pharmaceutical products, the APD machine consists of a structure on which can be assembled:
The dosing system, controlled by a PLC, is also designed to be placed on a conveyor belt in conjunction with the solid packaging lines models ACL 1500 / ACL 1500 D. The PLC, also drives a double gate, positioned on the conveyor belt guides, to ensure proper positioning of the bottle under the powder feeder outlet.
All machine functions and production parameters are fully programmable via the touch screen, and all functions are designed in accordance with GMP standards.
