PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679
In full compliance with the safeguards and rights recognized by EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”) regarding the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, this document aims to provide you with all the useful and necessary information in a clear and simple manner to enable you to give free and informed consent for the processing of your personal data by Multigel Srl.

PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS, AND RETENTION OF THE PROVIDED DATA
The personal data you provide will be processed to allow you to send information requests using contact forms and to subscribe to the newsletter service.
For these purposes, your personal data will be processed, pursuant to Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter (a) of the Regulation, only if you provide your consent, which you have the right to withdraw at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Providing your personal data is optional. Failure to consent to the processing of your personal data will make it impossible to provide the requested service, as your consent is strictly necessary to fulfill your request.
Additionally, the data you provide will be processed for your job application requests with Multigel Srl through the submission of your Curriculum Vitae using the “Work with Us” form, and to allow you to make donations via various methods (credit card, bank transfer, or other).
For these purposes, your personal data will be processed pursuant to Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letters (b) and (c) of the Regulation, for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures to which you are a party, or to comply with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.
Processing such data is necessary for proper management of the relationship between the Controller and the client, and providing such data is mandatory to achieve the above purposes. Failure to provide, or providing incorrect information, may result in the Data Controller being unable to ensure appropriate processing.
For the purposes outlined above, your data will be retained only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, respecting the minimization principle in Article 5, Paragraph 1, Letter (c) of the GDPR.
We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described in this policy unless we inform you in advance and, where necessary, obtain your consent.
Multigel Srl is committed to protecting the data entrusted to it, ensuring that processing complies with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency. We inform you that your personal data will be processed using tools and procedures that ensure maximum security and confidentiality, through both paper archives and digital media, including IT and telematic means.
RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be disclosed to specific parties classified as Recipients of such data pursuant to Article 4, Point 9 of the Regulation.
In this regard, to correctly carry out all processing activities necessary to pursue the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, the following Recipients may process your personal data:
- Third parties performing part of the processing activities and/or related and instrumental activities on behalf of the Data Controller. These parties have been appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 4, Point 8 of the Regulation.
- Individual employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller entrusted with specific processing activities for your personal data. These individuals have been provided with specific instructions on data security and proper handling and are classified as Authorized Persons pursuant to Article 4, Point 10 of the Regulation.
- Where required by law or to prevent or suppress criminal offenses, your personal data may be disclosed to Public Authorities or law enforcement agencies pursuant to Article 4, Point 9 of the Regulation.
EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
At any time, you may exercise the following rights in relation to the Data Controller:
- Right of Access: Obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, access the personal data.
- Right of Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data. Additionally, taking into account the purposes of processing, you may request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration.
- Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal data without undue delay.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Request the restriction of processing your personal data.
- Right to Data Portability: At any time, request and receive all your personal data processed by the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or request the transfer of such data to another Data Controller without hindrance. You will be responsible for providing all necessary details of the new Data Controller to whom your personal data should be transferred, along with written authorization.ù
- Right to Object: Object, at any time, to the processing of your personal data.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority: Without prejudice to your right to seek recourse in any other administrative or judicial venue, if you believe that the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller violates the Regulation or applicable law, you may file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.
You are also reminded that you may revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal.
