SCB 30

The SCB 30 sachet packaging system allows the packaging of groups of 30 sachets in intermediate tray.

A conveyor belt transports the individual sachets to the packaging station, which, by means of a photocell-controlled Pick & Place system, detects the arrival of the sachets, stacks them in groups of 30, moves the sachets into an intermediate tray, closed on 5 sides and lastly moves the intermediate tray to an accessible area outside the system’s protective cover.

The operator removes the filled tray and replaces it with an empty one for subsequent packaging.

A video camera positioned on the conveyor belt detects the correctness of the data, and non-conforming sachets are put in a separate collection drawer.

The system is adaptable to different sachet formats.

Typically combined downstream of our MP 100 machine, it facilitates packaging of the sachets produced by the sachet machine.
