Automatic cartoning machines consist of high-tech electrical and mechanical elements that enable the machine to carry out carton filling and packaging operations.The SCB 30 sachet packaging system allows for group packing of 30 sachets in intermediate trays. A conveyor belt has the function of transporting individual sachets to the packaging station. By a Pick&Place controlled by a photocell, the system detects the arrival of sachets, stacks them, places them in an intermediate tray positioned by the operator, and finally moves the carton to an accessible area. The operator picks up the filled tray, replacing it with the empty tray for subsequent packaging. The system is adaptable to different sachet sizes.
